Your attorney sent several requests forms that he wishes that I will provide information on.  He didn't mention an e-mail address.  Would you please forward that paperwork in electronic form, to make it easier to reply?  I am sure he has a Microsoft word format file (I need word version 7 for windows 95) of the material that he drafted specifically for me.  I will need all forms that he wants completed.  Thankyou.
